A tailored pencil skirt in a black/white engineer stripe cotton fabric. The fabric is nicely weighted (like denim). The cut is a pencil style skirt with semi-high waist, front pockets, and back pockets with cute button closure on the pocket flaps. The buttons are a vintage reproduction ivory.
