Our office will be closed from September 18 - October 4, 2009.  Here are the RETURN INSTRUCTIONS for orders made prior to September 18, 2009.  RA's must be submitted within 7 days from the date your order was delivered.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERS MADE PRIOR TO SEPT. 18, 2009

  • Fill out a Return Authorization Form below

  • Mail the item back within 10 days from the day you submit your request

  • We will process your return/exchange when we re-open, the week of Oct. 4th.

You are responsible for the shipping cost for returning an item.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.  Returned items received past the due date and unauthorized returns that are unintentionally accepted by the Red Dress Shoppe will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  Returned items that have been altered from its original state (no tags) or unclean may be subject to a 25% fee.  Items covered in pet hair will be charged a 10% cleaning fee!   Damaged items are subject to a 50% fee.

Return shipping on exchanges is free!  (one exchange per transaction; excludes international orders)

If you choose to receive your refund in store credit, we will give you an extra 10%!  That's free merchandise!  (Does not include shipping and tax)
