Return and exchange requests are accepted within 7 days past the day you received your order. All return items must be authorized by Red Dress Shoppe with an RA# and must be returned in the state that the merchandise was received with tags attached. You will have 10 days from the return authorization date to send the item back. Once we receive your item(s), we will send out your exchange item, issue you store credit, or refund your credit card. Please allow for 2 weeks for processing and check your credit card statement for the credit.
You are responsible for the shipping cost for returning an item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returned items received past the due date and unauthorized returns that are unintentionally accepted by the Red Dress Shoppe will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Returned items that have been altered from its original state (no tags) or unclean may be subject to a 25% fee. Items covered in pet hair will be charged a 10% cleaning fee! Damaged items are subject to a 50% fee.
